When I was to paint, she got the job started within 1 week of my call. She was very responsive to all of my questions and any concerns that I had. The workers very very professional & worked with no supervision, but were very approachable & helped me understand the process & also answered any questions. Kate kept track of the work being done, did an inspection with me at end & had the guys do some small touch ups, which were completed quickly. All was cleaned up at the end of the job.
