"I hired Javier to paint the outside of our home which is next to the lighthouse on Tybee. The job has a lot of detail work including three floors of porch railing. It's a large house and several contractors declined to bid due to the size of the project. The project included replacing all rotting wood found on the exterior as well as any railings. Someone once said "90% of work is showing up". Well, not only did Javier and his crew show up every day for over 2 weeks - including Sunday, they worked steadily to complete the job ahead of schedule. It wasn't just the crew that showed up, Javier was there every day working with his crew. He brought in additional help to complete the job ahead of the agreed schedule. During his initial visit to bid the job, he took almost 2 hours reviewing and taking photos of the project. He provided a professional estimate along with photos of the work that needed done. He was bidding against 5 other contractors. He was the most professional, the best communicator and always sought our opinion when he discovered other work that needed done. He completed the job ahead of schedule and at the agreed upon price. His performance was so good, we are having him paint the inside of the house as well. Not only would I hire him again, I have hired him to do additional work on our home."

"We had more than one Construction contractor come out. However DaVinci Construction stood out from the rest. Glenn, came out to give an estimate, and offer advice for a sunroom and bedroom addition. He was respectful and very knowledgeable. He was able to scale the project to match our budget. The other contractors were focused only the room additions. His concern was in the details that make up our home. He wanted it to match the rest of the house inside out from trim molding, doors and everything else. Glenn expressed concern on how the addition’s roof would attach to the house, so it would look natural. I would highly recommend DaVinci Construction for the level of knowledgeable quality service they have."

"It went extrordinarilly well. Corey and Matt are the best. Really. The best. Coreys drywall work is exceptional; he was trained by a craftsman and his work requires no sanding, something I have never seen before. My experience with this company showed: 1) They show up! 2) They never complain about having to move something or to help you (the homeowner) prepare for their work. 3) They keep their promises. 4) They show up! 5) They do excellent work, both their drywall work and their painting are excellent. 6) They are unobtrusive, yet friendly and generally nice to have around. 7) They clean up after themselves every day. 8) Did I mention that they show up? 9) To repeat, some of the best, no corner cutting work I have ever seen. Never before had I done this, but I paid them a fairly large bonus when they were done, simply because my wife and I were so happy about the job they did and the time within which they did it. "When I reached out to Teddy Graham Interior Painters for a quote, I had already worked with the owner, James, under different circumstances several years earlier. I asked for several quotes, but the most important was for painting an interior room and removing the textured ceiling. I was mid-renovation when I called – we had opened several walls to create an open concept living/kitchen/dining room and there was no plan to finish the ceiling. It was my first renovation, and I was unaware of just how much of the ceiling would be opened. Since it’s an older home, the entire house has a textured ceiling. This seemed like the perfect opportunity to get rid of the texture and create a modern space. From the beginning, James’ crew was punctual, respectful, responsive, and professional. They took care to cover all the new cabinets and used every tool possible to limit the amount of dust from the sanding to remove the texture. I thought that removing the texture would be the difficult part, but I was wrong. Once that was done, they began the process of smoothing the ceiling. They ran into several issues due to the tape and mud job that was done by the contractor’s crew but were able to smooth things out and start painting. Unfortunately, they kept seeing different spots of the ceiling crack, right along the lines of the new drywall. No matter what they tried, new cracks appeared and cracks they fixed reformed. Unable to find a reason for the cracking or a solution, they decided it was time to take a look at what was going on in the attic. It is thanks to their diligence that I learned that the contractor had “forgotten” to reattach the joists that support the roof after they installed a new LVL beam. If you just had a W** moment, I assure you I was right there with you. Unfortunately, this has spiraled into larger issues with the contractor, but if not for James’ team, specifically Brandon, taking the time to find a reason for the ongoing cracking I would never have known the joists weren’t attached. Since there was very little work left for the contractor to do, it’s possible that the issue would never have been addressed. I can’t praise their work ethic enough, nor their compassion as I began to panic about their discovery. At some point in the future, I will be asking them to return to finish the ceiling. The room, which was painted, looks beautiful. I’m incredibly happy with their work and look forward to working with them again."
