Talked with our engineer and actually, according to the engineer, came up with an improvement on the engineer's original fix proposal. Chris started the job about ten days after we gave him the go ahead and finished it about a week later. He came back the day after completing the job to take care of a service issue with some tv cables which had been relocated in order to make the repair which we felt were too exposed He definitely wanted us to be completely satisfied. While our problem was somewhat esoteric and unusual, Chris' normal bread and butter jobs are remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, room additions and the like. I believe that he should be considered whenever you have a need for that type of a job. He has 30 years in the construction business and it comes through in his problem solving skills."
