"I called three different companies on a Monday and left messages. Michael from Screaming Monkey was the first (and only, as of Thursday) person to call back. He was very nice on the phone and excited to work with us. Ryan came to give us an estimate within an hour, and later that day we accepted the proposal. They were out our office early Thursday morning to get the job done. We had made arrangements with two other companies/people to get our roof cleared off, and they hadn't followed through, but Screaming Monkey got the job done fast! Michael and Ryan were both friendly, and I would definitely give them a call again!"
