"The work was done at the scheduled time. The repairman called me while he was still on the roof, after he had looked at all areas and made some initial repairs. He answered my questions and checked on my specific concerns while we were talking. I also asked him to look at the soffits and make suggestions for repair. He was very good to listen and explained the options well. I would definitely use this company again. He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick in the valley.
