The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. They laid down wood under the dumpster not to damage my driveway which is sometimes forgotten by other contractors. The team completed the strip and new installation in the time estimated. "they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

"Victor came to inspect the leak problem we have. We have an intermittent leak, but I could not find the source of the problem. Victor and I went into the attic and he was able to find where the water was getting in. Then we went outside, and Victor went onto the roof. As it turns out, wind damage to some of the vinyl siding is the source of the leak, fortunately not the roof. So, I cannot attest to the quality of Master's work, but if the others at Master Roofers are like Victor, you will be in good hands."

"We used lifetime roofers when replacing our entire roof. When contacting Kyle he responded immediately and with my hectic schedule came over to do an estimate at a convenient time for me. With weather delays the roofers were able to finish the job very quickly. Kyle was very reasonable with the cost of labor and he let me use materials that I bought. I am very meticulous and Kyle followed through with any issue or concern that was raised throughout the process. We also had help with his painter and handyman who were beyond helpful and fixed things to my expectations. I would recommend Kyle he was honest, reliable, and professional. His response time with calls or texts was impressive. With formally owning a business myself I know how important it is when following through with clients whether that be returning calls or showing up when you say you will and he did. I would happily use Kyle again for further services in the future."
