Pete responded promptly to my initial inquiry, came out ASAP to provide an estimate on the cracked step (and on a bigger "dream" project I've been thinking about), explained what had likely caused the damage, and gave me several options for either replacing the step just as it had been, or upgrading a little bit depending on my price range. His recommendations were good, and we didn't feel pressured at all, but the full reshaping of the step into a rounded one was a bit outside our budget so we took him up on enlarging it by several inches instead. Overall, Pete was friendly and professional, and had that air of experienced competence that you look for in someone doing work on your house. I didn't even bother getting a second estimate. I did, however, call a good friend who has worked in the brick industry for years, and he assured me that the price Pete quoted was right in line with what he would expect for my project if you want it done right. When I gave Pete the green light, he scheduled the work promptly, showed up in the morning on time a few days later, and knocked the whole project out by that same afternoon. Put simply, the step looks great. It was done promptly, in line with our budget and at the price Pete originally quoted, and our whole experience with him was easy and hassle-free. The new brick color is matched perfectly with the old brick (absent a decade of wear and tear obviously), as is the cement, and it is clearly quality construction. In sum, I would highly recommend PK Masonry to anyone, and I will definitely use him again if I can ever convince my wife to let me pull the trigger on that dream project I've been thinking about..."

"They did mediocre work, but they had very bad management. Gary was super nice, but he was new to the company. The ethnic installers had no respect for him. So the management fell on me the home owner. I had to point out the problems, manage the worker, complain, and be the "tough guy" <br /> <br /> They made so many huge mistakes. Ultimately they corrected the mistakes. But it was still mediocre work. For example; they pulled out all the sake property line, and didn't replace it. When confronted they lied about it to me, even though we caught them red handed doing this. Then they had to get the survey people back out to re stake the property lines."

"Once we contacted Accurate Fence, an appointment for a quote was set up right away. The gentleman that provided the quote, was, at first, extremely responsive and professional. He responded to all of our questions almost immediately, which was very reassuring that we were dealing with a good company. Once we signed the contract and sent in 1/2 of the payment, the treatment changed. The same gentleman was supposed to come over and roughly stake out the property (which is standard) to make sure they wouldn't be hitting any utility lines. He would make appointments with us and then just not show up, no call or email. We would have to follow up with him. This made us very nervous, but everything ended up working out. The fence crew and delayed their installation date the night before the install; however, agreed to come over Saturday, the day before Easter, to install the fence. The installation crew was very professional, hardworking, friendly and very skilled at their job. They have fence building down to a science. We really like the way that the fence turned out. <br />"

"Terrific. Got a new residential heavy duty LiftMaster twin gate operator installed. Paul Henderson in sales and A&A's gate techs Jon and Jonathan are terrific. Gate works great! Very secure. Opens/closes by car controller, keypad, internet, and iPhone App. Wife and I are so pleased. Leaving 5-star reviews everywhere. Will want to look at house locks sometime... and probably a small security safe and will look to A&A for whole home security."

"The man that came out and measured for estimate was very nice and helped with the layout of the fence. We accepted the estimate and set up installation date. The two men who came to install were very nice and professional. They installed fence, two walk gates and one drive gate. I had them come back to adjust one gate and have had no problems with the fence or their work. I would hire them again and do recommend them."

"I wanted to take the time to come on and write a 5- star review because I had a really great experience with Allied Fence, in particular Larry! I had a unique job, and was looking for a fence that was aesthetically pleasing and also secure from coyotes because we have an issue with them on our property, and I wanted to protect my small dogs. I didn’t even know where to begin. I had another company out first to quote us the job, and they were useless in advising me on those things. I wasn’t sure what type of fence would be right. Working with Larry with Allied, on the contrary, was amazing. He is a passionate worker and truly wanted to help me get the best fence for the purpose and also look nice. He advised me toward a regular 6’ cedar fence with coyote rollers along the top, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! There were some bumps along the way, later on, because the fence dried over the following months and the coyote rollers needed maintenance and some bolts needed to be tightened. Some brackets also needed to be replaced with longer ones to make the rollers fully functional after the fence had dried and moved. That being said, I called Larry and Allied sent a crew out THREE more times to fix every little thing, and now it’s perfect! No extra charge for the added labor. "I called several companies for estimates. Housworth was very professional and I felt they were very fair on the price. They installed my roof in 1 day. During the tear off process they found rotted wood under the old shingles. I wasn't at home and they sent me a text showing me the rotted wood that they needed to replace. After they replaced the wood they sent another text with the new wood installed. They also found rotted wood around my house under the gutter system and around the windows. They replaced all of it and painted it. I was impressed with the manager that was onsite and all the communication that I got during the entire process. I have recommended them to my neighbors and would only trust them to work on my house. I will be calling them with all future projects."
