"I highly recommend this service! I had an emergency situation in which I was very distraught. Bridget was very professional and patient and was very attentive to my situation. She sent her best worker out to my home and he was very thorough. He cleaned and went back over some areas without being asked to be sure my home was dust free! I have severe allergies so this was very important for me. He was very polite and made sure to place things back where they were. He put my mind at ease reassuring me that he would get the job done and HE DID!!! My house was a DYI project gone wrong and we had dust from sanding the ceiling EVERYWHERE! "Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels."
