"I am fortunate to have had Aaron redo a floor by a company offering flooring in one day like so many companies. The one-day floor system began failing immediately. The installing company had no idea why. They refunded the money but I still had a failing floor. I called Bungay Flooring Systems. Aaron knew exactly what was wrong and what to do, due to his vast experience with concrete. He tested the concrete to determine hardness and moisture content. Explained about moisture and efflorescence. The floor needed to be re-treated and sealed with the proper products before the final flooring was put down also requiring the proper materials. Bungay Flooring Systems is the company to hire. Aaron’s concern and care for the outcome of the job and customer is unmatched. "The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."
