When we called, they answered the phone, came out and we had a quote later that night. Once we accepted the quote, which was very reasonable by the way, we got on their schedule. "The initial bid was just a little over half of another contractor that was bidding on the work to be done. The final bill was a little over the initial bid, but the overage was caused by our picking out Designer appliances rather than the less expensive ones. The workers were very polite, friendly, and respectful of the house. Covers were laid out each day to protect furniture and floor coverings and then put away each evening before leaving. They even laid straw over the path across the lawn for their use to keep from tacking in mud and debris. And extra protections were taken when they knew that the work entailed the creation of dust. All work was done very professionally and the workers were very responsive to the minor changes that were introduced as the work progressed. We highly recommend that Dial One Pleasure Valley Constructions be used, or at least consulted, for any home remodeling projects"
