Something to be mentioned/highlighted: I'm big on customer service and would like to point out the customer service was top notch, and what really made me decide to do this review. The tech that came in was extremely courteous and respectful of our space, wearing boot covers when he would come inside. When he left, you couldn't even tell we had someone come in to do work. Leah, the owner I spoke to on the phone, was also courteous and very helpful with questions and she actually called us after the service as a follow up, which doesn't happen often with other home repair services. The tech mentioned they also offered HVAC duct cleaning, which is something we've never done. When we received the follow up call, we decided to go ahead and book that cleaning when it gets closer to spring and allergy season. Since we booked a future service the same day as the dryer cleaning was done, the owner gave us a discounted price for the HVAC cleaning, which is appreciated. Kudos to these folks to running a business the right way, and we're going to spread the word with friends and family. Thank you!"
