These guys not only performed the work flawlessly, but also took the time to ask us questions about our goals for the job and clearly explained our options to get the best outcome. One point that stands out is a discussion around the difficulty of changing out light bulbs in the foyer chandelier due to the height and position. Jeremy recommended we use LED bulbs rather than the standard bulbs we had on hand. He then explained the different options available in LED bulbs and guided me in determining the exact kind I needed - things like wattage and degree of warmth. He then waited while I zipped to the hardware store to get the bulbs so he could install them while hanging the new fixture. They completed the job but also saved me from future headaches trying to maintain my new light."

Been doing electrical for 25 plus years. International license. Great at troubleshooting or finding the issue. Also EPA universal. HVAC certified. I do keep competitive rates which can be negotiated. One of my customers is a NBA referee for seven years now and is very satisfied with my work and production.

He is extremely knowledgeable and asks a variety of questions to better understand the electrical problem. During his over the phone diagnosis, he gave several potential issues that may have been the problem. One being a potential issue on the power company side. With his honest phone diagnosis I was able to contact the power company prior to his on-site diagnosis and the issue was resolved by the power company. Robert followed up as promised and was prepared to keep our on-site appointment if needed. It is his extensive knowledge, pleasant demeanor, and honesty that will ensure I will call him with any future electrical needs and I would not hesitate to refer him to others."
