He was very professional, very punctual, and explained the entire process of roof replacement and insurance to me. The job was done exactly as promised. "Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"Bone Dry checked my roof for what I thought was a leak. They gave me an estimate of the suspicious areas but said they didn't think it was leaking. They told me it was probably just pant failure on my ceiling and to keep an eye on it for staining which would come from a leak. They could have done they repairs and charged me. I would have been none the wiser. I greatly appreciate their honesty and will call them again for my roof when it needs work."

"The work was completed; however, it took 6 months from start to finish. During the process a QA inspector checked the job. This required the installer to return to finish a few items that were missed. The QA inspector returned a few weeks later. The night before he arrived a brand new leak started. He did not offer any resolution.  I called the original estimator and he came back, identified the issue and fixed it during that visit."

"Overall we are very pleased with our new roof and with working with Jonathan and the rest of the crew at The Roofing Annex. The quality of the new roof and their ability to interface with our insurance adjuster were very much appreciated. The crew that did the roof install were excellent and friendly and got the job knocked out in one day. The only thing that ended less than satisfactorily was that additional damage to the interior of the home which was part of the claim was supposed to be coordinated by Roofing Annex with another sub contractor and that never happened. Probably not the fault of TRA but I thought it should be noted if you are in need of more repairs outside of just the roof. As it turned out I am working directly with my insurance adjuster and this is being taken care of anyway. All in all I would still recommend TRA to family and friends."

"Loveland Roofing recently completed a total roof replacement (tear off, repair, and roof replacement) for our 90+ year old house. With multiple peaks, steeply-pitched roofs, and a tricky gutter system to work with, this was not an easy task. They did a great job! His team leaders and staff were hard-working, professional and polite. They also protected our landscaping well and did a thorough clean-up including using a high-powered magnet to detect any loose nails. "I called them to set up an estimate for repairs to our roof. In particular a leak that coming from the corner of our bedroom. I was worried with all of the hail storms in the past that we might need a new roof as well. Justin informed me that all we needed was a small repair to stop the leaking and that we should be able to get at least 6 or 7 more years out of our existing roof. He was very professional and informative. The repair was done about a week or so later due to rain and seems to be doing well so far. Thank you for the timely repair and for your honesty! "This company is really really good, and all of their people are true professionals. Because they are so good, you will need to schedule them 6 months in advance; but the wait is worth it. It took a four man team to complete the work over several days. All the men were very pleasant and easy to work with. At the end of each day, they would completely clean up the work site from all the debris from the old shingles, new roofing paper, and new shingles. A roof is generally not something that is seen a "feature" to one's home. This company made our roof into look like a work of art. The professional and the pride they took in doing my roof really shows. You can count on Fasten-Pro Roofing to do the job right."
