"Quite simply, this was the best contractor we have hired in 35 years of home ownership. We have had some good ones (and bad), but Pat is way above the rest and his price was the most reasonable. Four of them worked for 2 solid days scraping and repairing rotted wood that prior painters glossed over (they were too professional to say this themselves) with NO complaints. They may not look like your typical college-aged painters, but don't be fooled - they are a capable and expert team like no other.
