"Our experience was an exceptionally good one. All floors, furniture and cabinets were completely covered with drops and plastic prior to the start of painting. Quest was very neat and efficient in the process of painting the ceiling and cleaned up completely after the job was finished. The ceiling looks great. Quest had to prime some water spots and fix numerous nail pops. You cannot even tell the spots or pops were there. "The estimate and the people doing it was good. They knew what they were talking about and took their time. They said the work would start early February before they can start, which is fine its no rush. But we would appreciate if they could just give us a date. My wife has chased them down and they haven't gotten back to her. Just keep us in the loop, we shouldn't have to chase them down. We understand if the weather delayed or a set back.
