"Dan called before his arrival and let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived, he replaced both indoor filters and explained why the ones we were currently using weren't beneficial to our unit. He then proceeded to work on our unit outside, adding freon, checking parts, and cleaning it. He discovered that our condenser was about to go out and replaced it while he was here. He answered all my questions and even showed me where the condenser was located...comparing the old one to the new one. Dan is very knowledgeable and explained many ways that we could improve the efficiency of our unit. It was so helpful!
