"Jay answered the phone when I first called and came out just a few days later. He was great to work with. When he looked at the gutters and downspouts on my house, he said I did not need to replace the downspouts, except one that was damaged. He said the rest of the downspouts would work fine with new larger gutters (saved me quite a bit of money and I appreciated that). He had his crew out within a week. They arrived on time and within four hours had completed the job.  The crew was very professional and courteous and walked around with me to review their work when they were done.  They cleaned up and the outside looked pristine when they left.  I am so happy with how much better my house looks and no longer have to worry about leaves clogging the gutters.  During the first hard rain, I noticed one area in the gutter near my front porch where water was not going into the gutter but was dripping over it. I called Jay the next day and within a few days another crew was there to fix it.  It hasn't rain since then so I'll check it when it does.  I'm sure he will be just as responsive if I see any other problems.  I would highly recommend Jay and his team! <br />"
