He also installed a dehumidifier in the crawlspace. <br /> <br /> We were going to have Brent paint the inside of our screened porch, but he suggested that he first  make repairs to the ceiling, then paint.  It all looks GREAT!  <br /> <br /> Brent is very professional and honest,  communicates extremely well, is punctual, answers any question you have and doesn't talk down to you. He really cares about the quality of his work. He placed blowers underneath the house and in the bathroom to dry out as much sub-floor as he could. He installed a strengthened sub-floor, built a new shower pan, and retiled the shower and the surrounding floor. Chris's work habits are very good in that you always knew when he would arrive and he always worked as late as needed. I would recommend and hire Chris again in a minute!"

"It didn't go because I was unsure about timing and our plans. Since our plans are so unsettled at this time, I couldn't make definite plans about anything. It seems like our plans and needs change daily. We are talking about a third person moving in with us, he has pets, we are looking at moving to another home in the area, or out of the area, a town away from here or just staying put.
