There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. ""Replacing a flat roof above an operating daycare required a different schedule from an ordinary residential project. The roof was leaking near a classroom and had soft areas around two drains, but weekday removal would have created too much noise over occupied rooms. We agreed on a weekend-heavy schedule with smaller finishing tasks completed during closed hours. Interior protection was installed above the affected classroom, storage cabinets, and the route to the roof hatch. The playground below the loading area was closed and covered during tear-off. Staff received a written schedule showing when each area would be unavailable. Removal confirmed wet insulation at both drains and one damaged deck section beside the parapet. The rest of the deck remained usable. New insulation, a single-ply membrane, drain flashing, and perimeter details were installed before the building reopened.
