"Everything went very well. A little bit of a late start due to scheduling issues workload they were under but it was all understandable. They are in high demand and sometimes during a project unforeseen issues arise that they have to deal with. This can cause delays in starting jobs for other customers. I respect the fact that they will take care of the customer when these unforeseen issues occur. The remodeled my kitchen with new cabinets, celling, painting, wall removal, flooring and painting. "It went very well. The paint job looks great. I let them choose the color. There were no paint drips on the sidewalks or the house, they cleaned up when they were finished. We had quotes for much higher. They are very nice and easy to work with."

"We had a fire to our home on 8/18/2014 .Thankfully no one was hurt, but our home was severally damaged and deemed unlivable. I contacted R&M that same night , they came over immediately . The next morning they  assisted with contacting  my insurance company . They started right away with temp repairs to prevent further damages. The insurance adjuster came out the same day , R&M assisted with the entire inspection making the process as painless as possible for us under the circumstance . After getting the approval to move forward , they began to tear out damaged walls and flooring and began to dry out several areas of my home. They cleaned and packed all of our personal items and took record of and disposed of any items that were non repairable requesting that we be compensated . My family is now living in a hotel as the build back process begins .It's exciting to see progress and choose new materials and colors and to know that we will be back home soon . I know we are in good hands with Ron, Jessica, and their company . I will keep you posted !
