The crew showed up on time and were very polite and professional. There were 4 of them, they had the right equipment, and they completed the job efficiently. Fidel came by early, while they were working, and again later, after the job was done. I asked if he could have the crew come back to take off some more branches that were hanging into a neighbor's yard, and he did not hesitate to send them back the next day to finish the job to my satisfaction. I have used Alfaro's before and look forward to using them again, they do great work and provide excellent customer service."

"I highly and without hesitation recommend Alan Stevens for any construction job. He saved a horribly-botched major kitchen renovation project for us. Not only did he do it for a fair price given the amount of work that needed to be redone, repaired and completed, but his level of professionalism and integrity was nothing short of astonishing. He went far above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. He did things that other contractors would have charged extra for and even cleaned (literally mopped our floors several times throughout the course of the renovation). When he encountered a problem, he did not just tell us about it, but provided realistic solutions. Every day started and ended with status updates to make sure that we always knew what was happening and when.
