"Excellent work. Right after the installation, hurricane Ida hit. Not a drop of water. It all went to the French drain system, if anything penetrated. The smart jacks will prevent further buckling in the house due to secondary settling. Kudos to Andrew Troy and Matt!"

"We're very pleased with the final result, but oh what an ordeal to get there. First of all, Gary subcontracted the installation without telling us. The sub brought the wrong window because Gary didn't tell him which one was required by our contract. Worst of all, Gary's installation drawing was wrong. Based on the drawing, the sub installed the window too high, requiring a lot of re-work. The sub told me that Gary wouldn't pay for any additional time or materials to fix the error. I ended up paying extra directly to the sub so he could get the supplies needed to complete the job correctly. When there were issues, Gary could not be reached by me nor his subcontractor. He simply would not return phone calls. Although the sub's workmanship was very good, he was very unreliable. We spent several days waiting for him and he didn't show up nor call. Also, he should have caught the error in Gary's drawing much sooner. After the foundation was cut, a simple pull of a tape measure would have shown that there wasn't enough room for the window and a 10" header. Start to finish it was 15 days to complete a 2-day job. During that time they worked on six different days for a total of about 38 hours."

"After a terrible experience with Egress Systems Inc. not showing up on contracted date I contacted Steelway to see if they could get my egress installed before my basement reno started in a week. Tate came out to see the space early the next morning to accommodate me since I was leaving for vacation that morning. He even gave me his cell phone #. They gave me a fair price and were able to squeeze the job in before construction started. Everything was smooth and easy. They were prompt, provided excellent customer service, and we are very pleased with the job. I highly recommend Steelway for egress window install."

"I had all my windows replaced and could not be happier! All the window options were explained very well during the consult so I had a complete understanding of what I could purchase and what each product offered. I was scheduled quickly and my ten windows were installed in a day and a half. They moved furniture to install my windows and everything was put back in it’s place. There was no debrIs or any mess left behind, as well as, any damage to my home. My windows look absolutely perfect and beautiful! The owner and his crew were very professional and have high quality trade skills. I couldn’t be happier and have already recommended this company to people."

"Work was done quickly and efficiently. Quality of the effort and the windows was very good (they were not premium windows) and looked and functioned as well as any window I've used. The install quality was very good and I being somewhat picky, was very surprised and satisfied with the work. After work was done and inspection, there was no need for a call back. All good, and would hire again."

"We have been planning to finish our basement for years. It is important to us to deal with someone that has integrity and upon meeting Adam, we had the feeling we would award him our job. However, we did obtain at least 3 other estimates and spoke with other contractors over the phone. As our project evolved and questions arose, Adam always returned emails, calls, and he came to our house I would say about 3 times before we signed a contract. We are needy I guess, but Adam never turned us away and never lost patience with us. His crew arrived on the exact date and time as planned. They worked diligently and every aspect of the job was done to specification. The workers also answered questions as they arose. Can you get a retail high from installing an egress window and waterproofing? Sure! We would recommend Adam and his crew to anyone in need of this service."

"Prompt, courteous, professional, etc.  The price was higher than I expected, but they did a very good job and I would use them again.  The first visit was to measure, provide estimate, and then I placed the order.  The parts took 10-14 days to come in and then they scheduled the second visit to come back to my house and install the double-pane window.  It was a generally good experience and I would use them again, although I would consider getting a second estimate for comparison purposes."
