"I hired Robert Clark to repair and seal my flat roof on my Spanish style home. I had first noticed alot of granulation washing off the roof and coming out of the gutters. The roof had developed two small leaks this winter from the rains that we had. Robert came out and examined the roof, identified the problems and offered me a couple of solutions. Ultimately Robert ended up doing a repair and a seal coating on the roof surface. "Alejandro, Ongoing Roofing, was prompt, prepared, and after taking photos and video of what needed to be done to repair our leaking patio roof, explained what was needed and showed me samples of materials he would be using. That evening I received an itemized quote with a very fair price via email as promised. After having another contractor who came ill prepared and decided to look for things besides my patio roof issue, I decided to look no further. I am beyond pleased with his work and professionalism. "I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

"George did an excellent job on my Townhome Unit roof. He responded quickly to my inquiry and came by for a free estimate. He explained in detail all of my options and the pricing involved. Once I decided, I felt it was a fair price and he did the work extremely well, even to the point where he patched up something on my adjoining neighbor's roof to protect us from water seeping toward us. He is friendly and professional. Going forward, I know George is the one to call for anything we need done for the roof."

"My project was for new roof n gutters, I had to have my old 3 layers of shingles removed. The team that demolished old roof shingles did a good job. Although it was a messy task, plastic sheeting was laid down n all material was disposed off. New plywood was laid down, there were a couple of spots that the plywood was not laying completely flat n was addressed. New shingles were installed in 2 days n look great. For the new seamless gutter install, the existing fascia needed painting but Newhaus wanted an extra 4,000.00 dollars to do it. So I hired a separate painter to do it for less than half the price. The gutters proposed were not the style I wanted n had to have them switch to what I wanted. The new gutters were installed n look great. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work n materials used although there were a couple leaks at corners that has to be re-sealed. However dealing with Newhaus could have been better, upon signing the contract online I did not hear from them for over a week to let me know the status or when work would start. I had to text the original sales guy to ask what was going on. The were also a couple of times workers did not show up when scheduled or were late from time that they were supposed to show up."

"Thanks to George, this was the rare and elusive, non-stressful home improvement project. My 86-year-old house looks BRAND NEW. His crew painted my entire exterior and trim, fixed all the rotted eaves, patched every single crack, scraped away all the old flaking paint on the trim, replaced the gutters and downspouts (which were custom made on site and have no seams) AND he replaced part of my roof. George is an absolute perfectionist and it shows in the work. I have been inundated with compliments from my neighbors. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!!!"
