"Overall they were quick to respond, set up estimate, and once booked was able to perform work within a few days (after 72 hour contract signing). Francisco was very up front and honest. The two gentlemen that came to do the repair work were very nice and answered any questions I had. Couldn't asked for nicer people. Their customer service skills were top notch as well as the work they performed. My only reason for 4.5 stars was they were a little bit late but not drastically and I had to call the office to make sure they were still going to show up. Again once they showed up they got right to work and did a wonderful job. I've already given their name and number to a friend of mine for her to get an estimate on her house. Initially, we thought that we would have to replace the entire roof, but Chad at Netherton Roofing Company was confident that he could replace what was needed instead of doing a complete tear off and re-roofing. He took pictures before to be able to explain the repairs from the estimate and then after he was hired took pictures during the repairs to show us the difference.
