"Novaks had available what we wanted for a furnace.  We were looking for a single stage that would meet the requirements of the area utility rebates.  The cleaning of duct work and installation was flawless.  They were also extremely helpful and made it a priority in testing the system after installation as well as filling out all of the required submission forms with our responsibility only to sign as verification of the home owner.  I've waited almost an entire year to fill out this survey because I wanted to have tested the system in the coldest of winter and warmest of summer to verify that a sufficient system had been installed since the BTU rating was lower than or previous system.  We have had no issues at all since the install and are hoping for a reliable system in the years to come. <br />"

"The first time I called the person who answered the phone only said hello, so I had to ask if I had the right company.  He scheduled me an appointment right away and quoted me a price of $125 as an estimate.  I had to ask for details, like if I had to move furniture and how long would it take.  He offered no details unless I asked a specific  question.   I had to call a few days later and change the date, and they were very accommodating.  Plus the second time I called they actually answered with the company name.  The second call was a lot better then the first.  Gave a few more details.   They were late showing up but they called and stated they would be an hour late.  The 2 men who came were great.  We moved about 95% of the furniture out of the rooms they were cleaning.  It took them a little over 2 hours to clean (very dirty carpets that were 18 years old and had never been cleaned).  After they were done our carpets looked amazing.  They looked brand new.  We were so impressed.  Before they cleaned them we actually thought we would need to buy new carpet.  Now they looked brand new again.  The guys told us it would take 4-6 hours to dry.  They did such a great job, and it took lots of water, it actually took 2 days to dry.  We put half the furniture back, but on plastic.  They also put a treatment down to keep them from getting dirty again, that is why the price was higher than the original quote.  <br>I would recommend this company to anyone who needs carpets cleaned.  I would recommend you get a morning appointment.  Ours wasn't until 5:00pm.  They did move the furniture we left on the carpet and even put plastic under it, so you don't necessarily need to move all the furniture out. "

"Triage Bio Clean were very professional and considerate during the air duct cleaning of my house today. They were kind enough to let me know that the machines would be loud and might startle my six month old daughter. They were also very flexible with my schedule and were willing to come a half an hour later than I had previously asked them to come which I very much appreciated! Bill was also very prompt in getting back to me when I called (twice) to schedule and reschedule my appointment. They were very nice and hard working and did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. The fresh air ducts were very dirty and the heat ducts just basic dirty very glad we had it done. Americlean had a great price compared to others $275.00 for the first ten and $10 per duct over the first ten and if you go to their web site you can get a $30 discount</p> <p>The equipment they used, their vacuum truck and so on very modern powerful up to date equipment and the two guys doing the work were polite clean and did a good job.</p> <p>Only a couple small negative's they didn't re open three of the vents and we had to move up the arrival time because they were busy or it took them longer then thought on job before us, but they did call just a minor problem.</p> . <br />"
