"I used Hydro Clean on a move out and was highly impressed that they not only made the old carpet look new they removed red stains that were there before I moved in. I was actually excited to see that they also do duct cleaning. Because of my wonderful experience with the carpet cleaning I was more than confident to use this service. I bought my home 2 years ago and every time the heat came the whole house had a strong feces smell. Plant duct was able to get rid of the smell and I'm not seeing any dust so far. Brandon and the other gentlemen that came were very professional. They wore masks and covered their feet with booties. I'd also like to add that I spoke with Rayce to make the appointment on the phone and he was just wonderful too. He was also very professional and thorough. There aren't to many honest companies left now a days but this company restores my faith."

"A team of three came to clean our ducts. They were very thorough but did try to upsell to a bigger better package to include deep cleaning the basement ducts and dryer vents. Initially, I had inquired with the sales rep on the phone about the extra services they were up-selling however she mentioned that wire brushing could damage the ducts. I am not willing to change services or payments once scheduled so kept with the original basic service."
