"Francis returned my call within 24 hours and we set up a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done. He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well. He did all of it within an hour and we were even able to return the new ceiling fan as it was not needed. Very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and service.
