"Based on the listing on Angie's list and reviews showing ROOFING, I contacted this company about a new roof. They contacted me immediately saying that they don't do new roofs only REPAIR. This may not be the company's fault, but is a waste of users' time."

"Father/son owners, no commissioned sales person. Crew of 5 completed replacement of underlayment on tile roof in only 3 days. Great job."

"After a recent storm caused damage to our homes flat roof, we reached out to Southwest Roofing and Design for help. From start to finish they were prompt, professional and incredibly thorough. Their team quickly assessed the storm damage and clearly explained the repair process. They took care of everything, patching up the damaged areas and applying a protective roof coating to help extend the life of the roof and guard against future issues. Thanks to their quality workmanship, our roof is now solid and sealed and we feel fully prepared for the upcoming monsoon season. It's a huge relief knowing our home is protected. If you're dealing with storm damage or just want to get your flat roof ready for harsh weather, I recommend Southwest Roofing and Design. "The owner Mr. Cruz was easily accessible for any questions. All pricing was upfront and transparent. The quote was very reasonable for the roof repair and replacement. When the house was built in 2001, the builders saved by spacing the tiles too far apart. The roof was replaced to code and over 150 additional tiles needed to be added. Time was taken to match the new tiles to the current usable tiles. Very happy with the results. This was a roof repair/replacement. The house is in Tucson but I currently live in Georgia. Communication was very good between the company, my renters and myself. This is my forever home for when I can come back to Tucson and I am grateful that this roof should last for years to come."

"I just want to give a great recommendation to Arizona Roofing System Solution, LLC. Yvonne and Tony work hard to make sure they are giving you the best product for your money.  They did an elastomeric coating on my patio roof after repairing it, scraped and painted my patio roof ceiling and installed gutters on the house and even cleaned the debris from my tile roof.  One stop shopping.  They do it all and very well.  Yvonne calls and lets you know the schedule and they arrive on time.  The price was extremely reasonable.  Give them a call and see for yourself."

"Rating a roofing company is really hard to do. I needed repair done to stop the roof from leaking during heavy southern Arizona thunderstorms blowing in from the south. The only way to tell if the repair was done correctly is to see how things hold up after similar storms occur. I gave the company a 4 rating for this reason. The workers that did the repair were professional, personable, and appeared to do a good job. At 77 years old, I am unable to climb up on the roof to personally observe their work."

"Showed up a day early for an already prompt repair! Removed & repaired a section of rotten flat roof that had been leaking for years before we purchased the home. Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. Was not the cause of the original leak. Excellent crew. I'd definately hire them again."

"Renewal Roofing did an excellent job and I would highly recommend the company."

"This roofing company didn't get everything perfect the first time, but when I brought up my concerns, they responded immediately and made it right without any hesitation. They were professional, addressed everything I asked, and made sure the final result was done well. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future projects. It's great to know they stand behind their work and truly care about their customers."
