I called John and within just a few minutes he located the info I needed and provided to me. He then added that I could benefit from transfer of the 30-year warranty from the previous owner (which they never thought to mention) and he started that process for me with the manufacturer. I'm close to 70 and have never had such exceptional customer support. I also need to add the roof installation is outstanding with much attention to detail and looks great. "The whole process went extremely smoothly. Alex Sanchez, the owner's son, was the foreman of the large crew. They arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and were respectful of the property. Items were moved out of the range of falling shingles and debris, our new HVAC unit was covered, and large tarps were put down to catch everything. The new roof looks wonderful and I have no doubt of the quality of installation. As a final note, the clean up was excellent. "Recently, Southern National reached out to me and informed that my roof might need to be replaced. I setup an initial estimate, and was given a well informed breakdown and cost of what needed to be done with my roof. Brandon Blasko walked me through the whole process that Southern National had to offer, he was able to answer any question I had and was able to breakdown what the roof should cost and all the components the roof. After we talked, I was able schedule quickly. The crew arrived on time and was able to finish the roof in one day. The crew even cleaned and scanned the yard for any nails or debris. "I called GHC to look at a leak that had been created and supposedly fixed by a previous contractor. Jeff came in and I showed him the leak from the interior and told him the story. He quoted me a price to fix an improperly installed boot for a vent. The previous contractor installed boots incorrectly and caused a leak. The job was more involved when Jeff took a deeper look and it took longer than we both thought. Preparing myself I expected it would be more than what he quoted. He was extremely professional and kept his price to what he quoted. It has not rained since the repair but from what he explained to me, including showing me photographs, it looks very good. Kudos to GHC for doing the right thing and gaining a solid customer for future roof problems."
