We felt the price discussed was in order and I told my wife even though you thought it might be a little less money I reminded her that this was going to be a lot more work than she realized. They were here exactly when they said they would be, did everything they promised, and cleaned everything up when they finished. Even when I suggested they could skip steps, he insisted on doing everything properly, including completely digging out a huge tree root, adding color to minimize differences with the existing concrete, and laying rebar."

Like all old-house projects, this slab pour project had unique problems that would require someone with experience and a willingness to brainstorm in order to do it right. Yesner brought his experience, suggestions, and skills to the project and I'm very happy with the results. Additionally, he was dependable, easy to communicate with, and did not upsell his ideas. He came in with a reasonable bid (which can be hard to find in SF), adjusted costs for the change-orders without gouging, worked with me on the schedule, and was pleasant throughout the entire process. "It went well. Crew was on time and very clean. I am used to having to pick up after crews but not these guys. Fair price and attention to detail. We then had him do a second project of installing flag stone. Owner is the site guy too and detail oriented. They will be back for some concrete work next month. Only issue I had was communication language barrier. Luckily my wife speaks Spanish so it worked out well."

"It’s cliche, but I would give Vinny and his team more than 5 stars if I could. I was impressed by Vinny immediately by his professionalism. He arrives on time everytime. He does what he says. He comes up with ideas that need to be done on your project and gives you incredible value for the work being done. I’d say he has a eye for making your landscaping project pop in it’s beauty. He selects beautiful flowers, sets rocks in an artistic manner, sets up great looking retaining walls. His team also works fast if you appreciate that, but his team does not work so fast that they forget to do the little things that need to be done. His team is fast and thorough. Overall, I love my new yard and I have a new pride in my house and backyard. I highly recommend Vinny and his team. They are true professionals who arrive on time, give you great value and your project will look better than you could have imagined."
