They arrived on time each morning and cleaned up each day. This was a big job that included removal of the old deck as well as new construction and was completed within the expected time and it looks fabulous! "Thompson and Thompson third generation are highly qualified contractors that performed a service in an extremely efficient and professional manner. They have done several jobs for us and each time they provide a superior product and service for a very reasonable cost. Our house is a Victorian with extremely high slopes and not an easy job at all. I am VERY happy with the outcome of each job they performed. My garage was the latest job we had them perform and the did it in half a day!!! Great work... "The siding job Perma Siding did for our house is beautiful., We have not stopped admiring our house since it was completed. Our utility bills usage went down by 80 units per month and a $1.10 per day. We lowered the heat from 73 degrees last year to 68 this year and the house is warm in every room and much quieter. Our windows were fogged over, we discussed the windows with Steve. He knew the manufacturer and the lifetime warranty, he found the order code inside the window frame. That piece of advice got us 5 new windows and we can see out again. That was personal attention saved us a lot of money. The company who did the warranty work on the windows made the comment what a superior job the installers did and how fortunate we had been to get such high quality work. I can quit saying, “I can’t retire until we get siding on the house.” I sent in my retirement letter today!"

I had to talk to Devin two times to get the crew back and even then there's one side where the drip edge was not replaced."

"I’m very pleased with our basement renovation and I will hire them again for the next project. Brad and his team were phenomenal to work with and they helped us design a living space that was a perfect fit for our needs. The price quote was broken down really well so we knew exactly what the costs were and where we could go higher or lower depending on what we wanted. The renovation added almost 700 square feet of comfortable living space that is well lit for reading or games or can be darkened when watching movies on the big screen. They even incorporated built-in shelving that enhances functionality of the space while giving it unique character. The project ran about 11 weeks, but that included several busy holidays and they were very transparent about other commitments. Renovations this large are bound to hit snags, but their excellent communication and proactive nature meant the issues were small and resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Everything stayed on budget with no surprises. We did framing, electrical, drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, plumbing (bathroom), and paint. We will definitely hire Lasting Improvements again."
