One of the standout features of this project was the paved walkway they installed along the side of my home. This area had previously been a messy combination of dirt and gravel, making it inconvenient to move between the front yard and backyard, especially from the sliding door by our master bedroom. Brandon and Oz designed a smooth, attractive walkway that not only makes access between the two spaces seamless but also adds a polished look to the side of the house. Now, I can easily step out of the sliding door from our bedroom and have a direct, clean path to both the front and back yards. The convenience has been a game-changer, and the design perfectly integrates with the rest of the landscaping. In addition to the walkway, they did a fantastic job revamping the front yard with a variety of low-maintenance plants. Knowing the Santa Clarita climate can be dry, they helped me select drought-tolerant plants that require minimal watering and upkeep but still bring color and life to the space. "Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. "My husband and I have been thinking for several months to get convert our backyard to a drought tolerant landscape. We want to lower our water bill as much as possible and revamp our yard and get it ready for summer. We decided to hire Motti because we felt he gave us the best presentation of ideas for the yard and his background knowledge of landscaping. We had our grass ripped off completely and remove very old sprinklers. The crew planted about 50 California Native and desert type plants with a new irrigation and removal of a Yucca type tree, with stump and roots. DG and rocks were also installed. Overall the project came out great. We are happy and will call Motti for our next project (Front yard)."
