"I hired Nelson to paint the rails around my deck. He came to the house, accessed the condition of the rails and made suggestions. His estimate seemed fair for the work so I hired him. Nelson’s team completed the work quickly and efficiently. They would arrived early each morning and work until the end of the day. Nelson responded to all of my inquiries quickly. The only thing I would have done differently was ask more questions about the materials he was purchasing on my behalf. I expected him to just buy paint since he was painting the rails, but the receipt included drop cloths and some other materials I had no idea about and I thought he would already have as a contractor.
