"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"I have used German Roofing for several years now for my flat roof. They recently did my tile roof. The office is very easy to work with and schedule, the quotes are always spot on and honest, and the crew shows up on time, works so hard to get the work done. I am very happy and would absolutely recommend."

"Walter and his team from Sunguard Custom Painting did a fantastic job on our home. They repaired our weather damaged stucco, primed, painted and made our house look beautiful! All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and professional and took strong attention to detail to ensure we were fully satisfied with the work they completed. They were very clean and didn't leave any mess for us to clean after, which is a big plus! It only took 2 days to fully complete the work, which we were very impressed with. I highly recommend Sunguard Custom Painting. I would definitely hire them again in the future."

"Mike is very considerate and did not to sell me on a new roof at this time. His understanding and assessment were appreciated. The cost was reasonable for the tile roof repair. He was determined that it was “done right” and completed within a week. Highly recommend his roofing company."

"They did the estimate and minor tile repairs the same day for a fair price."

"VERY pleased with the work performed by S&H Contracting LLC! Our roof was removed and replaced quickly and professionally. They painted the entire outside of our house as well as the outside and inside of the wall surrounding our yard quickly and professionally. The workers were very friendly and very professional! Will hire them again for sure!"

"Their range of contracting services covers several common property needs, including painting projects and roofing work."

"Quality repair done quickly, cleanly & for a reasonable price!!"

"I hired John and his team to paint out two-story home and perimeter wall. From initial quote to final walk around, he and his crew were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. He gave a very competitive quote and honored it with no hassle or extra fees. They were able to schedule us promptly but were flexible on the start date when we had an unexpected HOA delay getting paint color approval. The crew of three worked quickly yet thoroughly, finishing the whole project in just 1.5 days. They repaired stucco, caulked gaps, and painted the house from top to bottom. We are very pleased with the results!"
