"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"We met a few days prior to the start of the job. My wife and I had a vacation scheduled and the work was done while we were away. James kept us in the loop during the whole process. He found a few issues with rot in the framing of deck roof and the chimney as he opened things up. We added those two items onto the list of work. James sent us pictures along the way. When we returned home the project was 90% done. Because of the framing work that needed done and some weather issues the job took 2 days longer than projected...no worries, that happens on every project no matter what. It was not because of anything James did wrong, actually it was because he wanted the fix done right and then there was rain. It took James and his team 2 more days. We did a walk around the property on monday after we returned while the team was still there and reviewed what was still to be done, and what needed a little extra attention. By the end of the next day the job was done. In total the Townsley team was there 9 days. During that time they repaired the decking and framing of the roof, removing the old and replace the roof shingles including all new drip edge, caps, flashing and shingles, replaced 2 skylights, power washed the siding, gutters, eaves, chimney, painted all exterior surfaces including shutters (after removal), siding, gutters, eave, soffit, downspouts, exterior wood trim and the ceiling of the deck area, and several stucco repairs that were needed. Throughout the process, James' communication was excellent, and the product of his work was fantastic...the house looked brand new. WELL DONE! A great value as well. When done, the team cleaned up the mess that was present, including cleaning the deck, returning the outdoor furniture to its original location, and blowing the dust from the property. We have a new house, or so it seems for a very reasonable price. Thank you James and your team as well. Dave"

"Flat roof install was seamless. Quick, communicative, and fair pricing. Would recommend."

"Our repair person, Mohammed, did an excellent job repairing our composite deck. He knew what needed to be done, explained it thoroughly to us, and did such a good job that the deck looks like new again. We were impressed with his work ethic - he returned phone calls quickly, showed up when he said he would, brought the right tools with him, and didn’t leave until we were satisfied with his repairs. We definitely would hire him again for any future home repairs."

"So-so experience. Job was bid and performed in the depths of the recession - I think he priced it so low that he needed to cut corners. Plus: did job quickly, when scheduled. Old roof was removed with only medium amount of mess. New roof went on OK. He did an OK job installing a skylight in the new roof. Minus: He reused the old gutters, which I would not recommend anyone else do - they were pretty battered by the time they had been removed and replaced. Some of them still don't drain right. Here's the worst part: on the last day, one of his guys fell off the roof. My wife was in the dining room and saw him bounce off our back stairs and land on the grass. Fortunately, he didn't seem to be badly hurt, as he ultimately landed on boggy grass. However, Scheinfeld, when told about this, took more than an hour to show up, and the injured worker called us a few days later asking for our homeowner's policy info, thinking that we would be paying for his medical care - can you believe it? I run a small business and am very familiar with the concept of Workmen's Comp - no telling what was going on between Scheinfeld and his workers, but something seemed to be very, very wrong. A couple of our gutters still don't drain right, despite several calls to have them adjusted. But the roof no longer leaks."

"Very friendly and easy to work with. Workmanship on replacing our roof, fantastic. Will hire again."

"I had a leak in my roof Anthony responded quickly and inspected my roof and repaired it the same day no leaks since would definitely hire again and recommend"

"Bachmans treats their customers right. We had a problem with a connection on our solar system and they resolved things to our complete satisfaction. We have used Bachman’s for roofing, siding, and solar and look forward to working with them in the future."

"Excellent service. The terrible storm we had last night (4/7/22) passed the test. No leak in my guest room. After they replaced my entire roof. They cleaned up afterwards and my brand new roof looks fantastic. My husband and I gave them a tip. We’ll deserved. We appreciate your service and professionalism. Thank, you so much!!!!"

"Great pricing compared to other contractors. They were very professional and transparent about the project. When additional problems with the roof were discovered during the repair, they were willing to stay and repair those as well, despite being beyond the scope of the project. Would recommend to anyone."
