On the rare occasion that he’s running late, he lets you know. The estimate he provided was thorough and fair. He also gave us suggestions and advice on how to improve our project but with no pressure to take his recommendations. We always went with his suggestions because we could see how much care and thought he put into everything. I’ve had work done by other people in the past and it feels like every ten minutes there’s a new problem but with Tim, he just takes care of everything and I never had stress or worry.
