When it didn't fit, he took the old motor to find an appropriate replacement. We weren't surprised it didn't fit since this particular furnace isn't made anymore. When they returned, the new motor fit right in and started promptly. They were the ultimate gentlemen and offered advice about how to listen for furnace problems, cleaned up after themselves including sweeping and offering to mop my kitchen floor since it was snowy outside. This is not the first time I've used them and certainly won't be the last. Our house is 50+ years old and needs the type of TLC Mr. Owens provides."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "The brakes started smelling like they were burning after a family member had changed the rotors and brake pads. They checked and found that the calibers were sticking and not retracting off the rotors and that the drake lines were collapsing. They replaced the calibers and drake lines. Brakes ok now. <br /> <br />The " check engine " light kept coming on and the engine was running rough. They put the car on the computer and found the spark plugs were not all firing properly. Plus they found the PCV hose had collapsed and was leaking. They performed a standard tuneup, cleaned the fuel injection system and replaced the hose. The " check engine " light is now off and the engine is running smooth. <br /> <br />While in the shop they performed a safety inspection. They found several other issues with the vehicle that needs to be repaired. We had to let them go due to financial issues. <br /> <br />All work was completed in the time promised. <br /> <br /> <br />"
