The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard. they measured and leveled each tile as they laid it. They were very polite and cleaned up each day. The floors looked great and eveything was completed when they left at the end of the project. The floor is beautiful! "they did a good job so it seems. it was much later that I took a shower and discovered that the hot water side didn't work because the handle only went to the neutral position instead of all the way to hot. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
