"With our 350ft new room addition, Olympia Construction did try to sit down with us to work with our budget, give us free rein on what fixtures we would like to put in, and give us input and advice on design, I just wish Ryanâ  s shared more of his expertise in the areas where we unknowledgeable like light fixtures choices before installing. There were some disagreements and unclear objectives which should addressed in the contract. Make sure all the measurements are on point and everything you want is in the contract, including if you want them there at the work site at least every working week day. Lock in your completion date. His foreman was great. Overall it was a nice experience."
