"There were 2 service men...one on the roof and one working from the fireplace. They brought in a large cloth floor cover and vacuum hose. (the vac itself remained outside) They kept everything clean and worked efficiently. I saw all the debris and some hardened charcoal chunks removed. They went up and down the chimney with a rotary brush 3 times until they were satisfied the chimney was clean. The total time was slightly over an hour. I felt they were very thorough and did a good job. <br>"

"R. Williams arrived at his prescheduled time and immediately got to work on the dryer vent duct.  He cleaned out the part of the line that he could reach from behind the dryer and then proceeded to work from the vent outlet on the outside of the house.  When he finished doing that he didn't like the amount of dryer air flow that was coming through the line and told me that there must be an elbow in the vent duct line that still has lint in it.  He hunted for access to the other area of vent duct pipe and eventually found access to it from our attic.  He then proceeded to crawl into a 3 ft wide crawl space area between our 1st and 2nd floor and disconnect a 10 ft. area of vent pipe and clean out the compacted lint that was stuck in the line.  After cleaning this out, he reassembled the duct venting line and checked the dryer airflow again to make sure it was adequate and it was.  R. Williams is truly a thorough professional.  He wasn't going to stop until the job was done right.  I would certainly recommend him to anyone in Tyler who needs dryer vent cleaning.  I am so impressed with his work that I am going to have him come back out to clean out my air conditioning vents soon."
