"So, I canceled my contract with them. I felt like I was paying for services that was not being provided. They are very friendly, I have been doing business, I bought the pump from them. After the routine maintenance all of a sudden, my sewer started backing up. I gave him a call and he said there was grease in it. I said to myself, if you would had monitored this pump how did this grease build up like this? I didn?t really appreciate that. 

Outside of that it is friendly service and I always praised about them. I just didn?t like this particular situation. So, I no longer have a maintenance contract with them and I haven?t had any issues with it either. It was right up to $300 that I spent. They did repair the service, I just didn?t like that I paid for maintenance for months and it was a prevention maintenance service. So, that?s where the problem went. Other than that, I don?t have any problems with that company. It?s kind of confusing, but I will still give them an ?A?. I?m not sure if I would use them again. I would say yes, because I did buy the pump."
