"Warner Roofing is probably one of my favorite contractors to deal with. Their pricing is fair, their employees are fast, professional and will show up when they say they will. Erica (the office admin) is probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I've had several projects done by Warner and will always include them in my bidding process."

"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. I've already recommended them privately to 2 friends who are ready to redo their own roofs."

"They did an awesome replacing my roof. They are very responsive with anything I asked about the price was very reasonable. They were fast clean and professional. They even did some repair on some of my window trim that needed to be done because of dry rot. They made sure everything was done 100% correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or any repairs in their house. I plan on using them again next spring for some wood trim around my windows again."

"The crew worked hard and long hours. They are very skilled with roof repair and metal roof install. Super friendly crew and owner! We love the 24 gauge metal. The first rain with the new roof was so much quieter than before!"

"My experience with Aylwin Construction was 5 stars. They did the job in just three days and added copper-beaded shingles for moss control for only $100 more. Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. My family is looking forward to having Aylwin do a full replacement this year or next with a full Tesla Roof. I was completely surprised to read the recent review regarding the quality of work done by Aylwin Construction at a local condominium. Over the past 20 years, as an owner of one of Portland’s larger boutique industrial real estate firms, I have recommended Aylwin Construction to my biggest and best real estate investors. Making a poor recommendation would reflect poorly on me and my company. I have recommended Aylwin Construction to friends with structurally difficult Mid-Century solid deck roofs, large REIT buildings throughout Oregon and Washington, medium Family-owned apartments, and my own family members for roof cleaning, on Mt. Hood, new gutter systems, and full roof replacements and repairs. Multi-million-dollar Multi-Family jobs have been completed Professionally and on time without fail. Aylwin their own fleet of dumpsters and roof cranes that protect the property, speed up projects, and reduce on-the-job injuries. "Great job start to finish. Answered all our questions, and the new roof looks great. Had a minor issue with the subcontractor who did our new gutters, owner came in person and resolved the issues very quickly. Happy to recommend this company!"

"Austin with Rain City Roofing just finished re-roofing our home in Vancouver, Washington. "Steve Wade, the owner, immediately responded to my call for the roof to be replaced on my home. He reviewed the process with me in detail and drew up a concise and fair contract for the extensive area involved in my two-level home.  He had the dumpster delivered and the very next day the crew was on the job.  They were very careful to use all safety equipment and worked quickly to remove the old two layers of shingles.  They placed a liner over the bare roof to protect it from and moisture until the new shingles could be applied. The crew also covered shrubs to ensure that they would not be damaged by falling shingles.  One section of a back addition had lost some shingles two years ago and the wood was starting to rot underneath.  The crew replaced the entire section while making sure that I was aware of this addition to the project.  The shingles that I chose were then very quickly placed on the roof while the crew members were tied off to safety hooks since the roof has an extreme slant.  The project was completed in seven days which was wonderful considering how noisy it was (understandable for this type of project though).  Steve Wade came out the next day to review the work and note any punch list items that needed to be completed before final payment was made.  He was very responsive to get crew members out as soon as possible to complete these items.  This company is very professional, the workers are careful and listen to any concerns from the owner or guidance as to where to store tools during the project.  I have used this company in the past to paint my home and I was very pleased that I chose them for this major roofing project.  My home looks amazing now and Steve made sure it was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the results.  I will definitely continue to use this company for any future home projects that require remodeling, etc.  They are a fast working crew and everyone is professional and leaves a clean area at the end of each day.

"in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."
