"We were looking for someone to shampoo our carpets. I entered the pertinent info into the Home Advisor form. Within 5 minutes the phone rang and it was Carlos from D.A. services. I explained our need. He emailed a quote to me within about 15 minutes. We weren't quite ready to commit at the moment. I told him I'd get back to him if/when we were ready to do the job. A month later we were ready. I called Carlos and told him we were ready to do the job. I was impressed by how responsive he was when we initially contacted him. We scheduled a date for the following week. He and Benny, one of his employees, arrived at our door at the appointed time the following week. He and Benny were as pleasant in person as Carlos had been during our initial interaction. They finished, we paid our bill and they left. We're pleased! Next time we want our carpets cleaned, well..let's just say, DA Professional Services has found a home on my Contacts List. "

They asked questions when unsure, We decided to hire them and are looking forward to maintaining service on a bi-weekly basis. They also responded to my ad quickly. "I hired Villa Bee Cleaning for a move-out deep clean. They showed up and did complete some work, which I appreciated. However, the deep cleaning that was agreed upon was not completed. Multiple areas were missed or glossed over. When I raised my concerns and asked for a partial refund, they disagreed but did voluntarily issue a full refund. If you need a basic clean this may work for you. If you need a true deep, deep clean I would look elsewhere."

"I had a house cleaning done and it was done wonderfully. They were quick and courteous and hit small details that I did not expect them to. My only reason for not giving five stars was a confusion over pricing. The cleaning itself was amazing. Just make sure that when you get a price for an estimate that you understand exactly what it is going to cost is my only advice. "
