"I hired Villa Bee Cleaning for a move-out deep clean. They showed up and did complete some work, which I appreciated. However, the deep cleaning that was agreed upon was not completed. Multiple areas were missed or glossed over. When I raised my concerns and asked for a partial refund, they disagreed but did voluntarily issue a full refund. If you need a basic clean this may work for you. If you need a true deep, deep clean I would look elsewhere."

Small jobs welcome

"I had a house cleaning done and it was done wonderfully. They were quick and courteous and hit small details that I did not expect them to. My only reason for not giving five stars was a confusion over pricing. The cleaning itself was amazing. Just make sure that when you get a price for an estimate that you understand exactly what it is going to cost is my only advice. "

"We hired Diana and her team to begin regular housecleaning services for our 2400SF bi-level home. This review is for their initial deep clean service. Upon arrival we did a walk through to finalize the work to be done, then the team went to work. Their approach was thorough and efficient. We are very pleased with the finished work and look forward to their next visit to help maintain our home. "

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Vancouver, WA

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
