They were easy to work with and great about touching base if there were any questions. I love how everything looks and my neighbors haven’t stopped complementing my yard. They even commented about how clean everything looked when they finished and how respectful they were regarding neighbor’s parking areas and space. Work: Relocated large boulders and plants. Removed shrubs, concrete pad, veggie beds, some grassy areas, and weeds. "My wife and I hired Forest Landscape to remove our old rotted pressure treated retaining wall by our Koi pond and replace with natural black basalt rock. They also removed our wood raised garden walls and replaced with paver stone with a top cap. They also removed our badly installed basalt rock pathway that was loose and lifting up. The rock pathway was installed only three years ago by Cornerstone Hardscapes. Forest Landscapes installed a stamped concrete pathway where the basalt rock pathway was removed Jose and Rigo Castaneda were very professional to work with and there crew were real craftsman with attention to detail. They showed up on time and worked even on Saturday to finish project on time. We will hire them again for any future projects."

"The project went great. It was the best end-to-end experience I think I've ever had working with a contractor for a project at my house. Pablo arrived when he said he would when he came out to do the estimate. I told him I wanted all the grass ripped out and replaced with some low maintenance plants that would have colorful bloom and maybe some rocks. 15 minutes later he had sketched out a design I liked and provided an estimate. On the project start date he, again, showed up on time with his team and a contract that was simple easy to read reflected exactly what we talked about previously. "I called and asked for a quote and was greeted with polite, enthusiastic customer service. Mipa, The gentlemen in charge, came out the very next day and I was able to share my repair needs with him. Within 24 hours he provided me with a quote and work started 2 days later. The company repaired cement walkways, installed signs in the parking lot and rebuilt some curbs. They finished the job in 2 days and my building has never looked better. The team was quick, efficient and very respectful of my clients (senior residents) and staff. I would definitely recommend them and will utilize them for any future projects."

"I went through a few bids and decided to go with TOA construction and glad I did. Even though it wasn't the cheapest bid but TOA stood out for me because of how fast and how well he communicated. He kept in tough throughout the bid process and he was also the fastest at giving the quote on the bid. Through out the whole installation process he texted me to let me know when he will be here work, when he leaves and when he will comeback the next time. "Great team, great work, great communication. We had a big job removing our back lawn and existing patio and pouring a much larger well finished patio. Beginning to end they kept us informed about what was being done when and why it was being done. They are a one stop shop that can do it all with a team of employees that work so hard and so fast that I wanted to poach them and offer them a job on the spot. We had one small concern and when we called they showed up immediately on a Saturday morning to address it. Our neighbor had the same job performed by a different company and paid 2k more.
