"Kevyn called to let us know he was 10 minutes away. He cleaned out a second story gutter and the downspouts on the back side of the house. Then he washed all of our windows, inside and out, and left them sparkling clean, with clean window tracks. His manner is cordial and thoroughly professional. I think he was at our home for 3 to 3-1/2 hours. The only downside to the experience was the oil spot his truck left on our expensive driveway. When I told him about it after he was gone and I discovered it, he apologized, said he wasn’t aware his truck was leaking oil, and offered to come back and try to clean it off. I declined his offer, and elected to work on the spot myself. I don’t have before and after photos to show, but we were thoroughly pleased with the work Kevyn did for us, and will call him the next time we need the services he offers. "

"I contacted Grimebusters for a quote on getting my gutters cleaned. The quote he gave me was half of what I paid last year for the same service from another contractor. Then I found out he also does power washing siding and the quote was MUCH less than what it cost me the last time I had it done from someone else. So I was able to get both jobs done on the same day for much less than I was expecting to pay. "Got it done promptly and on schedule but costed more due to needing more siding materials which I authorized. Challenges with matching color between new and old siding, as expected. Wish there were better industry solutions for color matching, but hard to replicate weathering. "

"It went very well. Hayden was very professional, timely, communicated well, and did an excellent job on our backyard deck. The deck needed cleaning up and staining. Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. He was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up the surrounding area after the job. The deck looks beautiful. I asked if he dealt with fences as well, and he indicated he does, so when ready, we will call on Ray’s Pressure Washing again! It will be soon!"
