Did a great job trimming the trees, but there was a total disconnect between my expectations on the tree removal and what I actually received! They merely cut the two trees off at the ground, which was something I could have done myself!! When questioned about the "removal" part, the response was, "this is how we always do it", which did nothing for me! During the consultation we had discussed that I wanted to replace the two trees that were to be removed with new trees and the consultant had been so kind as to refer me to a landscape company that could assist with making a better selection for the location. So, how do you replace a tree with the stump and the roots still in the ground?? Guess this was just an educational experience for me - to ask for better definition of what "removing" a tree means before actually having the work done!! And they advertise that they do tree "removal". Just wonder if that ever really means R E M O V A L!! I really liked these guys, so I am sad to have had such a poor experience!!"

He is responsive and does great work at a reasonable price. This time he removed a scotch pine which fell on our house during the wind and snowstorm of January 2024. I called Jason immediately, and he was out the next day to give me a bid. The day after that, he and his crew came and cut down the tree. What a relief! I won't go anywhere else than Arbor Art tree service to get my trees taken care of. Quite simply the best of the bunch!"
