"John, Josh and one more guy arrived this morning and got right to work figuring out our old "DIY" system. They replaced all the valve boxes, valves, installed new sprinkler heads, and repaired a couple of pipe leaks. PLUS we have a new outside hose spigot near the vegetable garden which John suggested we add (great idea!). By the end of the day, everything was working again. We can't tell where any digging was done because they replaced the dirt and/or gravel exactly as they found it. Superior Underground LLC was recommended to me by my plumber (Crouchley Plumbing, whom I trust explicitly) and I am thrilled with their work. Ryan's knowledge and work ethic saved me a few thousand dollars and a lot of heartache had I chosen the original company and I didn't have to have the entire side of my house excavated! His team came across some unexpected grade issues and moved forward smoothly and efficiently without having to disrupt the entire job. I love Ryan's way of doing business....he is honest, upfront and transparent. Yes he is in it to make money but he keeps the customer needs and budge front of mind and is very careful not to overcharge or upsell just to get extra money for the job. "Great. I was extremely happy with Marcos, who found the leak very quickly. I was impressed with how he not only found the leak but saw another spot where the soil was wet and investigated that. It turned out to be where my system drains out. He also found my "lost" valve box for my backyard system which was under a rock pathway. Marcos has great analytical skills and is a super detective! He also took the time to answer my questions and taught me a lot about the workings of my irrigation system. Unlike many contractors who have worked on my house/yard, Marcos was engaged in his work and really seemed to care. He is obviously an expert at what he does!"

"It was amazing. Woody and his crew were at our place for 6 or 7 days in the summer of 2010 to grade and level the area for the patio, add gravel and sand, then place pavers. They constructed a seat wall around the area, created a second level within the patio area and placed 2 ft high stones at transition points. Woody worked with us to create the design we wanted, and worked with a second contractor who was constructing a pergola. They worked seamlessly and got everything constructed just as we had discussed. I am writing this review today to say that 7 years after the work was done, it is still in fantastic shape. The pavers are all completely level and solid, thanks to Woody's crew's conscientious work. Everything has held up perfectly and we are as happy seven years later as we were when it was first constructed. How often can you say that? We would highly recommend this company!"

"We contacted Landscape East & West this summer when we discovered that we had persistent leaks from our yard into our basement. Bryan Backman came out and helped us figure out creative ways to redirect water away from the house, add an irrigation system, lay down new sod and change out some of the plantings in our front and backyard. Bryan was super hands on throughout the process and worked well to come up with solutions with our concrete guy and our contractor. His attention to detail and desire to help us make our home waterproof and our yard beautiful went above and beyond! I also highly recommend the project manager, Kirk, the foreman, Jose and his coworker, Isidro. Jose and Isidro were highly conscientious and committed to the job. Despite multiple days of deluge like rain, they were out there working away and getting the project done not just on time, but early, in fact. They also made a point of cleaning the yard and keeping the walkway open and usable at the end of each day. Having the whole team work on my yard was a real pleasure. They did a beautiful job and were very pleasant to my family and neighbors. I highly recommend Landscape East & West and look forward to seeing all the beautiful work as it blooms this spring and summer!"

"Existing system terminated directly into clay 10 ft from the house and was overflowing at the slightest rain or sprinkle. Ted replaced it with a drain system that took all the rain water 50-100 ft away from the house. I think it's called 'tile'. While excavating he found that our septic pipe had been damaged and replaced it without charging us. He also battled with some unexpected boulders without charge. He smoothed the excavated area and left it better than he found it. We've had many hard rains since and the drains are working like a dream! <br />"

"Katie worked with us on the design, she was very receptive to our ideas, and educated us when we wanted to do something crazy. We then scheduled the actual work, which went very fast and exactly on time. We did a final inspection with plenty of time for Q&A, and some teaching on how we should maintain the new landscape. I waited 7 months to submit this report just to confirm that the landscape work would "hold up" well, and it has. I'll be using them in the future for my backyard."
