"Thank you very much for all you did to support us in creating a lovely, peaceful backyard space. Dave thank you for your guidance in picking plants and designing the layout. We have been outside every day and evening enjoying the outside. Today the fountain was installed to complete the space. All of you were wonderful, organized, responsive and courteous."

"We couldn’t be happier with the sprinkler system that R&R Northwest put in our yard. They did a complete sprinkler system plus drip lines in both the front yard and backyard. Our yard was very difficult to dig the lines (a lot of rocks and roots), but they got the job done. They also fixed a paver walkway that we had as well as added river rock around our patio. They made sure every plant in our yard had water going to it. They were so easy to work with. Any questions or concerns we had, they were able to answer and take care of. R&R Northwest went above and beyond to make sure everything was what we wanted. They gave us an estimate quickly and were able to start the job just a couple days later. We will definitely be using them again (actually we already are- they will putting full sod in our backyard!) We were very impressed with their work and professionalism. We would highly recommend them."

"Robert initially came out and we gave him a general idea of work we wanted done. Within a week, he returned with a detailed blueprint of what he recommended. He also provided 3D computer walkthrough videos. Pretty cool. We were quoted an itemized list, so we could pick and chose the work to be done. We opted to go all out and do it all. The crew showed up promptly every day, working 10 hour days. Lots of trenching was required to accommodate the gas line to firepit, irrigation, French drain, electrical, and water supply to the fountain. Robert came out every week to check on the progress. The whole project was completed in approx 18 ten hour days. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the job done. Gerardo “G”, the foreman, was exceptional to work with! I highly recommend Northwest Outdoor Living and Landscape."

"Jack has provided Landscape service to me for the past 15 or so months.  His crew has done a great job for the most part, and those crew members who do not live up to expectations are usually not around very long.  Unlike many companies, they have a supervisor/foreman that either travels with the crew or behind the crew, checking up on work and leaving a checklist on your door after the work is complete.  I believe that this adds to the overall quality control.

They will be reseeding my back lawn this week, and doing moss/weed control in the front.  I'm expecting great results.

"The Right Choice did an amazing job on my home renovation. They turned my old run down house into a dream house for me. They removed my wood siding and replaced it with river rock, painted the rest of the house and patio cover, took out my concrete walkway and flower bed and replaced it with a porch made from pavers. They also made a walkway down to the street. Leo was great to work with. He told me he wanted me to be happy with the job and he went above and beyond to make sure I was. The crew that worked on the house was fabulous. They worked hard, paid attention to detail and I could tell they took pride in their work. Leo communicated on an almost daily basis and made sure I understood the process. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Leo and this company."

FAQs for water feature fountain or waterfall installation projects in Vancouver, WA

Installing a drinking fountain costs between $500 and $1,000 for indoor models and an average of $3,000 for outdoor units, including installation. The cost depends on the design, materials, and professional labor involved, with service rates ranging from $45 to $200 per hour. Investing in a drinking fountain can enhance your space's functionality and aesthetic appeal.

A water fountain increases home resale value by elevating curb appeal and enhancing overall property aesthetics. A well-cared-for fountain that matches the home’s design and functions flawlessly boosts buyer confidence and market desirability. Routine maintenance and professional installation ensure proper performance, ensuring that your fountain benefits both daily enjoyment and long-term resale value.

Maintaining a fountain costs $25 to $50 per month for basic upkeep and $50 to $150 for professional deep cleaning or servicing. A fountain of any size requires routine draining, thorough cleaning of the pump, tubing, and surface, plus regular inspections for wear, algae, or mineral deposits. Annual maintenance and sealing further extend its lifespan and enhance its appearance.

How much power your water fountain uses depends on the pump’s size and operating schedule. Smaller fountains use less than 10 watts per day, while larger cascade pumps can require up to 1,000 watts. This translates to an average increase of around $25 per month on your electric bill.

Water fountain installation takes anywhere from a few hours to several days. The installation timeline depends on the fountain’s design, site preparation requirements, and the involvement of professional plumbing and electrical services. Prefabricated water features are set up in a few hours, while custom designs require additional structural and aesthetic modifications and take much longer.
