"DO NOT USE: We were quoted $6K for a shower kit install. Upon completion of the work, it was immediately apparent that the installation was defective and did not meet acceptable industry standards. Specifically: No water membrane was installed behind the shower kit, rendering the installation non-compliant with waterproofing best practices. No caulking was applied to seal seams, leaving the installation vulnerable to water intrusion and damage. The walls and surrounding trim were not plumb, which made it impossible to install a functioning shower door. A McLendon's supervisor subsequently inspected the installation onsite and acknowledged the poor workmanship. We were informed that the matter would be addressed, but despite multiple follow-up phone calls, we received no further communication or resolution from McLendon's. Nevertheless, the remaining balance of $3,100 was charged to our account without our authorization or consent and without any resolution."

"It went very well. estimator was very thorough explaining everything about the system, its part and options, and the procedure. Installation was very quick and efficient. He did a great job keeping the existing room clean and free from debris. We are very pleased with the photovoltaic night light. Wasn't sure if we would like it but we do. The only part we are disappointed with is WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS SOONER. We plan to add more lights in other areas in the future. We both highly recommend the product and the folks at Northwest Natural Lighting."

"This review of our 2023 deck rebuild is long overdue. We thoroughly researched and selected 5 reputable contractors to bid on our project. After interviewing all, PM Construction One, LLC won our business and we're very happy with the process and end result. Their bid was in the mid-to-high-end range of all the bids. Contractor partners Pavel & Ruben provided great customer service and dependable communication throughout the process. They provided design recommendations along the way that enhanced the final deck build, and they were patient and responsive to all our concerns. "Jeremy and crew are wonderful to work with - our entire family loved having them around. Our highest exterior wall is near 30’ from the ground, but Seattle Paint and Design’s experience and quality were more than up to the challenge. Beautiful masking work on all protected surfaces kept any spray blow back out. Our house is painted with the finest quality paint, no bubbles, cracks, or peeling after 1 year. Their thoroughness with second coats where needed and touch ups provided us with a perfect finish, and our house still looks amazing!"

"The initial work done was pretty ok. The major complaint is about communication. 1) Repetitively no call back was received even though we left voicemails. 2) the crew did not notify us when work was finished (2 times) even though specifically asked for (then try to leave voicemails with questions, there is no return call (see issue-1). 3) when we were told that the crew actually rang the doorbell, this was definitely not the case as we work in office next to the front-door. How does that work? Proper communication is important to us; as such cannot go higher than a C. Would not hire again, even though the final product (gutter install) was to our satisfaction."
