Next came the magic. The north and east (front) sides of the house get little sun. Grass was patchy, soil uneven and steep, and moss was destroyed by crows eating the grub infestation. Cervantes treated the soil for grubs and came up with a dramatic landscape design replacing the grass with a flat stone walk way and level patio, gravel and mulch, with a drainage system. This year I based my decision on who to hire from past reviews. Stryker was on time and did an amazing job. The roofs look new. Did he actually WASH the gutters after cleaning out the debris?? He did an amazing job on some old brick walkways. Stryker is a different breed. I communicated my issue with plants and birds and the chemicals used. He did the majority of the job with no chemicals. No bleach smell when he was gone. I am having him back for a third time...This is a quality guy."
